I am a professional certified coach in the field of leadership development and organizational growth, the author of a book "Lighthouse in me" and Executive Director of the Agency "One2grow-Leadership Coaching".
I believe that we are all born to be happy. Therefore, my work can be characterized as maximizing the power and knowledge of individuals, in order to grow organizations and society in general. Living in VUCA world conscious leaders are needed more than ever. I believe that inspirational speaking is my passion and peak of my influence. I believe that I touch people, move them and provide feeling of sense and strength in order to decide to accept the change.
My specialty is development of leadership mindset and competencies. I focus on development of Emotional Intelligence, building work life integration as well as change management, the definition of company mission, vision and values and by that creating a corporate culture.
In recent years, I conduct projects designed for leaders of large international companies, based on individual and team coaching.
Since 2013. I am member and mentor in several regional mentorship programs.
In my work I use personal experience, which was acquired by working for more than ten years in positions of director of sales and marketing in domestic and international companies (IBM, Siemens, Telekom Serbia, Orion Telecom).
Professionalism and commitment led me to the accreditations of numerous worldwide consulting companies: Professional coach Certified by International Coach Federation (PCC ICF), ICF Registered mentor Coach Erickson coach, MHS Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and Assessor, PCM coach, Persona Global consultant; SDI consultant; Points of You Trainer and Coach; Oxford Leadership Academy fellow, NLP BP and many others.
Within the coaching and training practice I collaborated with numerous national and international companies, such as: UNICEF, VIP mobile, BMW, Heineken, Carlsberg, Ferring pharmaceuticals, Getinge gorup, Hemofarm (STADA), Erste Bank, NLB Bank, LEONI, DM drogerie markt, METRO Cash & Carry, Delta Holding, NIS, Telekom Srbija, and many other.
By formal education I am Master of Electrical Engineering.
I am happily married and the mother of three children.
