The year Mike graduated from high school, the senior class had just voted him "Most likely to change the world." This unexpected recognition left him astounded, as it signaled a profound transformation from his former self. From that day forward, Mike embarked on a passionate journey to prove those who believed in him right: changing the world for the better, one person at a time.
Mike's life mission has always been to bring out the best in others. After graduating with an environmental science degree from Rutgers University, he devoted himself to the world of teenagers. Offering one-on-one guidance to hundreds of people, as well as delivering impactful speeches at schools and conferences across the nation and internationally.
Having already graced over 700 stages, Mike's heart beats for empowering and inspiring adults to unlock their greatest potential.
Beyond his speaking engagements, Mike has authored several books, hosts an engaging podcast, and even came close to auditioning for Saturday Night Live. In his downtime, you can find him on a skateboard, hunting for and collecting vintage toys, and cherishing moments filled with laughter. Sometimes, all at the same time.
Currently residing in Charlotte, NC, Mike shares his life with his super awesome wife and takes pride in being a father to two incredible adult children.
