Michelle Saahene is a professional speaker, life coach, activist and wellness influencer committed to addressing allyship and diversifying the wellness industry. Through her speaking engagements and facilitation, she guides and inspires groups to move from fear, resistance, and inaction, to empowerment, personal accountability, and organizational change. She also speaks on the importance of Black women and other women of color centering their wellness as their own personal social justice.
