Mettte Johannson is a consultant, coach, and speaker holding MBA, PCC and CSP certifications to her credit. Before founding MetaMind Training, a leadership training consultancy, she served in leadership roles for multinational corporations for over 15 years.

MetaMind Training provides professional training in leadership, communication, and people skills.

As a highly purpose-driven and authentic leader herself, Mette speaks internationally on how to become a true leader. A leader who we follow not because of their position, wealth or title — but because we are inspired to follow them.
