Hi, I'm Christoph.

Thank you for visiting my profile and your interest in my work.

I’m Belgian-born and have been living in the UK for 20 years now.

Mindfulness changed my life. And I aim to play my part in lowering the mindfulness threshold so it's more accessible to everyone.

One way is by organising the Manchester Mindfulness Festival (third edition 21 Oct 2023), an event that serves the community with a rich programme filled with highly informative mindfulness-based talks and workshops, making mindfulness more easily available to everyone and inspiring ripples across the region and beyond.

Another way is by delivering mindfulness workshops and talks to organisations, bringing secular, evidence-based mindfulness to corporate teams in a practical and usable way (in-person and online).

I am also a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher and facilitate 8-week group MBSR courses for the general public throughout the year.
