I founded Breaker28 in 2016 to help nonprofits and businesses create dynamic, inclusive, and high-performing organizations where all employees (especially employees of color and from other marginalized groups) can thrive.
As a People Operations executive and management trainer and coach, I have trained and coached dozens of leaders maximize their effectiveness, call their teams and leaders to higher standards of around race and equity (without feeding a toxic "call-out culture") and rethink people policies and practices that push great employees out or contribute to decreased engagement and morale.
My sweet-spots are helping managers and leaders ace their relationships and produce exceptional results with their teams and/or helping their teams manage up and across to get even better results with their managers.
