Presentations (5)
Strategic Adaptability

This explains how to develop a culture of adaptability and overcome the resistance to change that frustrates many organizations. This lecture is practical vs. theoretical, emphasizing tools and techniques to manage this process effectively.

Transformational Leadership

This is focused on the ten essential skills of a successful leader of organizational transformation. Instead of providing general observations, it provides practical guidance on how to develop and apply these skills.

Strategic Thinking

This is designed to help people at all levels overcome their tendency to be too tactical and task-oriented. It is unique and particularly helpful because the methods described are remarkably efficient. The underlying premise is that becoming an effective strategic thinker is not at all time-consuming.

This lecture provides a practical methodology for molding culture. It is based on a step-by-step process for developing and then executing an actual culture enhancement roadmap, with particular emphasis on measuring and monitoring performance. Since most people assume that culture is not an area that can be managed per se, this presentation can truly be an eye-opener and game changer for attendees.

Becoming a Successful Entrepreneur

This workshop is aimed at young people who intend to become entrepreneurs. It is highly practical, and provides detailed, step-by-step processes designed to ensure that all of the requisite skills are addressed. The lecture materials are complemented by individual and group exercises, as well as real-world case studies. Participants will also learn by developing their own business plans for ideas they have, These will be reviewed during the session, and feedback will be encouraged from all of the attendees. The multiple perspectives this provides will be highly valuable.
