With over two decades of experience as a catalyst for change, my journey has been a diverse tapestry spanning continents and industries, from corporate giants to nimble startups. Each engagement has deepened my understanding of organizational evolution, refining my ability to balance operational excellence with human dynamics.

Throughout this journey, I have observed a profound disparity between organizational rhetoric and lived experiences—a gap where purpose and psychological safety should flourish. This realization ignited a fervent passion within me to redefine organizational culture, transcending traditional strategies to embrace a holistic approach that encompasses our entire relationship ecosystem, including interactions with customers, suppliers, and society.

This introspection inspired me to pen 'La Tyrannie de l’Hibiscus,' a literary exploration born from 100+ conversations with industry and thought leaders across multiple sectors, probing the barriers to performance and the role of fear in decision-making processes. Through these dialogues and collaborations, as well as drawing from my advisory experience, I've crystallized kindness and purpose as central tenets in driving cultural change—forces that not only enhance business performance but also maximize positive impact on employees, society, and the planet.
