Bio

Hi! I'm Gabriel, a keynote speaker about employer brand and HR. I'm also the sole Canadian speaker at the upcoming 2023 World Employer Branding Day in Amsterdam.

With my unparalleled passion and expertise, I'm here to help Canadian and international businesses elevate their employer brand and make it the cornerstone of their company culture.

Equipped with two degrees from the prestigious University of Sherbrooke - one in teaching and the other in communications - I have collaborated on nearly a hundred employer brands and employee experience projects since joining the dynamic team of sept24 in 2016.

Moreover, with my collegues at sept24, we've surveyed more than 1 million workers about what they like and dislike doing their jobs (recognition, internal communications, relationships, mission, etc.). I've also talked to thousands of employees during focus groups.

I know the trends and workers' expectations.

As a people person and certified trainer, I have led the charge on employer brand certification program for hundreds of organizations for many years.
