An IOT leader with expertise in product lifecycle management, hardware software co-design, and systems design. He has extensive experience in the semiconductor and consumer electronics industry as well as tech product startups building smart, connected computing devices. He is passionate about bringing new products to market and enjoys being a technical trainer.
He has worked with organizations like Intel, IEEE, Soliton Technologies, The Learning Labs and has done his M.Tech. (Medalist) from IIIT-Bangalore
In his current role as Head-IOT Programs at Jigsaw Academy, he oversees design and development of industry-relevant IOT learning content and curriculum. He emphasizes on covering a complete end to end perspective on IOT starting from IOT sensors and devices; to IOT gateway platforms and networking technologies; to IOT cloud computing setup and web applications and finally to deploying Analytics and Machine Learning techniques to IOT use cases. Thus forming a practical knowledge of the 4 layers of IOT.
He is also a member of the IOT Working Group for NASSCOM, India Sector Skills Council which is working on identifying the various job roles in IoT, creating Qualification Packs, and Model Curriculum to bring in standardization which will catalyze the capacity & quality of IoT professionals in the country and also to embark on journey of Skilling, Re-skilling and Up-skilling.
He is a speaker (Technology | Product Design | Education) and has presented at many prestigious events like (recently) at the IOT Forum South Africa 2019, Convergence India / IOT India Expo 2019, Cypher 2018.
