She guides clients to build and sustain peak performance through developing self-awareness around strengths as well as areas for growth. Clients gain clarity about what motivates them intrinsically which impacts how they show up as leaders.

Laura has 20+ years of business experience in HR and project management and has worked with small, mid-market, and large companies, ranging from national to international in scope, in the following industries: pharmaceutical, hospitality, employee engagement, supply chain, and food manufacturing. Laura holds a B.A. from McGill University and is coach-certified with the International Coaching Federation, Co-Active Training Institute, and Positive Intelligence.
