Krista is on a mission to help erase the fear around change and teach you how to embrace, accept and most importantly create change for yourself. Her experience stems from tackling her own major changes throughout her life and through the work she does with her clients.

Along with her successful coaching and speaking business, Krista is a published author. She released her first book #WhyAmIYelling? Because...Relationships! in November 2018.

Prior to starting her entrepreneurial career, Krista spent two decades in a corporate setting working in sales and operations. After making the decision to change her life, Krista pursued her professional dream of becoming a life coach by obtaining her certification through Coach Training Alliance. As a self described closeted talk show host, Krista creates inspirational and thought provoking videos on Facebook and You Tube. She is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and is a contributing writer for Thrive Global and Huff Post. She is a member of the TODAY Parenting Team and has been featured on numerous podcasts and media outlets. Krista has been touted as a thought leader in her field of coaching and speaking.
