Heidi is a happiness expert! She is a motivational speaker, adjunct instructor, KSL Studio 5 TV happiness expert, TEDx speaker, hot chocolate bomb maker, former radio talk show host, and now a podcaster! (Heidi is still deciding what she wants to be when she grows up!)

Heidi is a recovering “why-me-er” and is currently teaching the art of positive thinking! She has dealt with some lemons in her life and has learned how to make lemonade! Heidi tells us that happiness is not a destination, it's a way to travel.
