Kim Ramsey-Winkler

Kim Ramsey-Winkler used to believe she wasn’t in control of her story. Her life was a thing that happened to her, and the dialogue in her head was put there by other people. But she has learned to create her own life instead of letting others’ creations hold her back. She changed the script in her head. In the past two decades, she has fulfilled her dreams of becoming a teacher and a published author, as well as raising two children.

Kim speaks on transformational topics such as creating change in one’s life and accepting oneself, including a talk based around her young adult novel Nail Polish and Feathers, which is suitable for students in middle school and high school.
