Do a Day - Overcome the Pain of Yesterday & Fear of Tomorrow to Achieve Today

Have you ever felt trapped? Have you struggled to overcome the pattern of challenges you face in life? Do you want better for yourself, but have trouble finding a way to achieve it? You can get there if you are willing to face your inner thoughts and values to get in touch with what truly matters to you. Then, you can grab hold of the power of that purpose and create a life of achievement free of the judgment of the past and fear and anticipation the future using an approach called, "Do a Day." In this talk, you will learn the questions to ask yourself to unlock your driving motivation and find the inspiration needed so you can move forward every day.

50 75 100: Can 3 Numbers Rescue Troubled Relationships?

We all have tough relationships. And we usually ask questions about them like, "Why are they doing this to me?" Or, "Why are they acting so badly?" Best-Selling author and certified Behavior Change Specialist Bryan Falchuk asks, what if it's not them, but you? He doesn't mean you are the problem per se, but whether or not you're the reason for the difficulty in the relationship, you can still be the reason for the solution.

That idea is what he calls, "The 50 75 100 Solution," which he teaches in this talk. Starting with three Buddhist principles, Falchuk goes on to explain how these can be used to see our control and influence over the majority of any relationship dynamic, and how recognizing and using that can lead the relationship to be 100% better.

Be Free of The Pattern of Negative Self-Talk Holding Back Your Career

As a society, we are notoriously bad about how we speak of and view ourselves. We self-depricate, push back when others compliment us, and get into debates about how has more work, a tougher boss, slept less or is struggling more. And the winner is the one who is the worst-off.

All this negativity serves to limit us. We have trouble seeing ourselves as unworthy of having a better situation or outcome, and incapable of achieving it. With those two things working against us, we are often relegated to failure because we will ultimately self-sabotage since we don't believe we can or should succeed.

Through this talk, people will see the impact of this negative view of ourselves, learn what we can achieve through changing our self-view, and learn tools to do so.

This can also be the basis for executive coaching work for promising individuals who seem stuck in their careers.

Stop Competing So You Can Revolutionize Your Industry

It is natural and normal to focus on what the competition is doing to ensure you keep up with them rather than get left behind. But is that a recipe to lead? Will you move your industry to where it's going, or will you simply be playing catch-up? While being a follower can be profitable and stable, it can also keep returns on investment low and block you from achieving breakout success.

Through analyzing several examples, both positive and negative, you will see the impact of both strategies and how you can find the path to defining your own market rather than fighting for a piece of someone else's.

The New Connected Economy - It's About Culture

One of the hot buzzwords is "connected", and it's all about how various devices talk to each other, creating a smart network around us to make our jobs and our lives better. But what about the original connectedness? Increasingly, as companies get larger, they get more siloed, with functional areas focusing on their own immediate objectives rather than thinking more broadly about the entity as a whole.

Falchuk shares examples where this approach is costing companies across the spectrum of sales, customer satisfaction, employee turnover and more. Then he talks about ways to overcome these boundaries and get functions working together on the overall organizations shared objectives.

This talk will be specifically tailored to the industry and/or company it is being delivered to so that it can resonate better and have a more direct impact. It can also be delivered in a Masterclass or Breakout session, depending on the client's needs and audience for the event.
