Rikki Smith is an innovator who believes in the value of learning, growing and sharing life experiences to enrich and inspire the lives of those in our sphere of influence and beyond.

Rikki is the founder and CEO of Stratus Training and Consulting; a training management company providing training on various topics: customer service, Hospitality and conflict resolution. Rikki is a corporate trainer and program developer with many years of experience providing outstanding programs for managers and employees. Rikki’s strength manifests through her unique ability to use her business experiences to understand the knowledge and skills her participants need to increase their performance and productivity.

Rikki is a Military Veteran serving in the U.S. Army as a communications specialist. Rikki has worked in various positions in Homeland Security, the hospitality industry, Home health care, and Health care insurance.

Rikki is a Competent Toast Master recipient, a member of Lions club international, and is the voice for the Eastlake Lions club annual Christmas Parade.

Rikki holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Park University.

Anybody can talk, but that isn't necessarily being a "speaker". what is the story you are telling, who is it for, and why should the audience listen to you? Knowing your audience and understanding their need makes for a great start. Speech organization and time management along with vocal variety, body language, and facial expression is the difference between a nice talk and a fantastic audience experience.

Your Flavor makes the difference

Just because everyone is doing it, doesn't mean you shouldn't. there are a number of places that make a hamburgers, and none of them are lacking business. With all the songs and books in the world, there are still people writing them. It's what you have to offer that makes the difference. The way you do it, the way you see it, the way you explain it; that's what people need and are waiting for.
