Kim Ades is the Founder of Frame of Mind Coaching™ and Co-Founder of The Journal That Talks Back™. Recognized as a pioneer in the field of leadership coaching and thought mastery, Kim uses her unique philosophy and quirky coaching style to help leaders identify their personal blind spots and shift their thinking in order to yield extraordinary results. Author, speaker, entrepreneur, coach, and mom of five, Kim's claim to fame is teaching her powerful coaching process to leaders, executives and entrepreneurs worldwide.

Kim has been featured in a variety of online publications including Forbes and Inc. and has spoken for organizations including Microsoft and SHRM. In addition to being interviewed on many top-ranking podcasts, Kim is the host of The Frame of Mind Coaching™ Podcast and coaches leaders live on the show. Annually, Kim hosts a leadership training program, helping leaders to become phenomenal coaches. Kim has also been an adjunct professor at Toronto Metropolitan University and Centennial College, teaching HR and Training.
