After 25 years in the personal and professional development space, Kevin L. McCrudden is better known as “Mr. Motivation and America’s CMO – Chief Motivation Officer.”

Kevin is an international author, speaker and the only motivational and leadership speaker in American history to ever have a day of recognition passed by The United States Congress and New York State. He is the founder of National Motivation & Inspiration Day®, which was passed by The United States Congress after the tragic events of 9/11/2001. January 2nd is acknowledged as National Motivation & Inspiration Day® and January is Motivation & Inspiration Month®!

However, he has released his most important and powerful work to date, he is the author and creator of globally unifying and award-winning documentary “The Light of Man®,” which has been a “Selection” at over 20 Film Festivals around the world and voted “Best” Inspirational Film in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York, London, Paris, Rome and Cannes, France. This transformational work was also named 2022 Best Faith-Based, Spiritual and Inspirational Film by the Global Independent Film Festival in India.
