Style of Leadership
Leadership style refers to the way in which a leader interacts with and directs their team or organization. There are many different leadership styles, each with its own strengths and weaknesses. Here are a few common styles of leadership:
Autocratic leadership: An autocratic style of leadership is one in which the leader takes decisions without consulting the team. In this style, the leader has total authority over the decision-making process and is not permitted to seek input from or assign tasks to others. In addition to authoritarian political regimes, this approach is most frequently connected to military and law enforcement settings.
