This session will cover how someone can establish themselves as a trusted advisor, both internally and externally to customers/partners. We'll cover what it means to be a trusted advisor (tip: never refer to yourself as that), your knowledge/expertise and practical experience, networking and people skills and how to self-promote yourself without bragging. There will also be time for Q&A at the end of the session.
