An influence expert, Karen Leong (CSP) is a global keynote and TEDx speaker who was featured in the Ten Influential Professional Speakers in Singapore by the Singapore Business Review. She is the author of the book Win People Over, and the creator of the Influence Styles profiling tool. Karen is the co-founder and managing director of Influential Solutions, a leading learning and development company headquartered in Singapore with offices in India, USA and Africa, known for sustainable transformation.
An influence thought leader, Karen has been featured extensively in the media such as BBC, Reuters, Channel News Asia, The Straits Times, Mediacorp Radio 938LIVE, BFN 89.9 and leading magazines. Karen is on the Channel News Asia’s expert panel where she notably analysed the Trump-Kim Summit 2018 and USA presidential debates “live” in the studios.
Karen received the Women Icons Award 2017 by the Business Excellence and Research Group, and profiled as one of the 10 Fearless Singaporean entrepreneurs who made it happen.
Karen is a chartered accountant with a decade-long corporate career spanning audit, consulting and corporate education. She specialised in business consulting and IPO projects with KPMG and KPMG Consulting in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
