My name is Justin Brien and I am a Mental Health Advocate, Inspirational; Speaker and a Certified Life Coach. After over 16 years of battling Mental Health and Addiction and with a lot of dedication and hard work I have emerged on the other side to tell a story of hope and inspiration that there is light at the end of the tunnel if you just keep walking. I've spoke to over 500 people on mental health, addiction and workplace wellness and I have only just begun my journey. I have created a 12 week personal development program called The Stronger You Project that helps people create the lives that they are destined and deserve to live.
