During this workshop, you will learn about self-sabotage and the science behind why it happens. You will be challenged to take a hard look at yourself and identify ways you might by self-sabotaging and the ways it impacts you and those around you. After some self-examination, you will be able to create an actionable plan that helps identify and curb self-sabotage in the future!
