Formerly an archaeologist, award-winning strategic planner at major London advertising agencies, and improvisational comedy director, I teach people how to work together creatively under pressure (yes, it can be taught).

I help people to use those abilities that make us uniquely human: abstract thinking, creating future possibilities, communicating those possibilities to others, and overcoming the blocks that our egos put in the way of our potential. In short: rising above our own nature, to become something more and achieve something better than what we have right now.
