Tragedy and Resiliency

No one lives a perfect life. Everyone has tough times, life hurdles and at times tragedy. Tragedy is part of resiliency. Difficult events, tough life events have opportunity to be resilient. Where does resiliency come from. How does someone experiencing tragedy find the humor and grace even when life 'appears' to be at the lowest and darkest point. For a leader of an organization you and your people all experience life's tragedies. Leader's behaviors make a difference for their workforce by leading from the heart and creating an environment and culture that offers support that is good for business.
