Bio

Jess Kovatch is an experience strategist with almost 20 years of service industry experience including 10 years with the Walt Disney Company. He is a dynamic and impassioned speaker with a mission - help leaders connect with their teams and customers. He has trained throughout North America and the other side of the Atlantic in England and Wales. He has also instructed online all over the world.

Jess founded the 'Storyline Experience' - an ecosystem of techniques and perspectives that are counter-culture to conventional business training. Paired with an innovative approach to using technology, he stretches the bounds of technology and shatters expectations of training and keynote presentations. All of our content is available in-person, online through webinars, and in VR environments for the next generation of work-from-home teams.
