Javier is the co-founder and CEO of The House of Purpose, a Canadian Certified Diverse Consulting Company and Mental Health Institute that develops training and support programs for mental and emotional health promotion with individual and organizations.
Fueled by his passion for helping people unlock their emotional potential at work, Javier has accumulated rich international experience at the intersection of business and mental health as a corporate executive, entrepreneur, coach, speaker, and psychotherapist.
Before becoming and entrepreneur, Javier had a +20-year successful global corporate career with top-ranked multinationals, he has been recognized by The Globe and Mail and Forbes for his professional success in Canada.
As a member of two diverse populations (LatinX & LGBTQ), Javier has inspired hundreds of professionals from diverse roles and backgrounds in English and Spanish. He is an engaging speaker that helps different audiences understand the potential of putting their emotions to work.
Javier grew up in Mexico, earned his academic credentials in the USA, and lives in Canada with his husband.
