The design of an accelerator takes more then just a set of courses about the business model canvas, fundraising and so on. There is more to the design of a good accelerator or incubator then just the program, and most of it depends on the stakeholders involved. Throughout this presentation I share some insights in issues I encounter regularly in designing accelerators & incubators, and how to tackle them.
