Scott has built a reputation as visionary on the future of retail. He leverages his wealth of experience and knowledge in omni channel software and his expertise in innovation technology to deliver actionable insights into solving for the customer of the future. He works with retailers and technology partners around the globe to deliver new game changing experiences that solve real problems for their customers. He recently departed the Neiman Marcus Group after a 16 career there where he founded and built the award-winning innovation lab (iLab). The iLab became the catalyst to elevate technology innovation to a core value at Neiman Marcus and lifted the brand to being acknowledged as a leader in retail innovation. Scott pioneered using open innovation within the organization for evaluating, designing, testing and piloting cutting-edge technologies and applications for luxury retail.
