Jack Jewell-Mills is currently the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for Sumo Group’s family of 18 games studios in the UK, Europe, India and North America. Passionate about helping scaling businesses and talented candidates to reach their full potential, Jack has spent the last 7 years working across a range of industries including AI, defence, broadcast media and now gaming. Jack has a particular focus on creating data-led, candidate experience driven talent functions that remove barriers to work.
