Unlocking the Power of DEI: Key Success Factors for Organizational Transformation

In this session designed for HR leaders and organizational change-makers, we delve into the critical success factors that enable Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to not only take root but flourish within organizations. Drawing on insights from workplaces that have successfully integrated DEI into their core operations, this workshop aims to equip participants with the knowledge and strategies necessary to navigate the common pitfalls that can derail these initiatives.

Behavioural Design for Workplace Inclusion

Explore a different approach to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in our session "Behavioural Design for Workplace Inclusion".

Traditional methods of changing hearts and minds to drive inclusion often fall short. This session focuses on how we can use behavioral design to subtly influence decisions and behaviors in favour of inclusion, without relying on individuals to change their biases.

We'll introduce the basics of behavioral economics and show how these concepts can inform the development of inclusive processes and programs. Learn practical strategies to create an environment that guides everyone towards inclusivity by default.

Join us to learn how a few well-placed 'nudges' can make inclusion a natural part of decision-making in your organization."
