Standing alone under the withering gaze of 16 angry men, Carla Lewis was awakened to her professional calling. Since that encounter in September 1979, Carla has devoted her dual-path career – working on IT and Organizational Change Management - to eliminating any chance of recurrence of the pain, frustration, confusion, and loss experienced by those men so many years ago.
