Fred Pacheco is an international lecturer and consultant with almost 20 years in executive positions in different sectors. He is a member of the Florida's Galleria Palms Hotel board of directors and teaches on graduation courses at respected institutions. He worked for six years in the area of Digital Business and Innovation of Bank Itaú Group.

Fred earned Social Communication bachelor in UFF. He holds an MBA in Leadership from Ohio University, an MBA from FGV, a Master from UNIFESP and a specialization in Innovation at Stanford University. He took inloco management courses at Disney Institute in California.
Participated in the start-up of companies as co-founding partner and advisor. He was executive in big companies in commercial, marketing and media areas. He teaches in the most recognized postgraduate courses and business schools in Brazil, Spain and Chile.
