Conducted an All India Webinar on "Situational Leadership" with around 400 plus students from various renowned Universities and Management Institutes. Which Includes IISWBM, Calcutta University, Techno India University , Shraddha University, GD Goenka University, Rai University, ITM University, Nagpur University, CMR University, Srinivas University, KL University and Vels University.

The topic was primarily on the situational leadership model and different development level, readiness level and connecting the same with our day to life or level of motivation followed by a self evaluation and case study analysis.
