Bio

Nice to meet you! I'm Farzeen, a force of creativity and positivity in the work of HR with a passion for building inclusive systems and processes that help people thrive at work. Over the past 10+ years, I have refined my HR craft across a few different industries and organizations where I've used data and strategic thinking to have an impact in areas such as Organization Design, Change Management, Early Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. I love giving back to the HR community to help elevate our amazing profession through writing, speaking, and advising in addition to teaching People Analytics with York University.

I live in Toronto, Ontario, with my husband and plethora of plants. In my spare time, I enjoy channeling my creativity toward gardening, up-cycling furniture, and home décor.
