Veronica Boaz received her PhD in Business Management and Technology from the Southern California University of Professional Studies in 2003, her PMP in 2009, RMP in 2011 and finally her ACP in 2012. She is a consultant, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, facilitator and educator.
Currently she is a professor in project management and leadership at Keller Graduate School, a leadership consultant and coach with many, large multinational corporations. With over 35 years of experience in many types of businesses, Veronica has been a leader, supporting organizations in the areas of agile transformation, leadership, team development, strategic planning, facilitation and organizational change management. An Agile Certified Practitioner, she has been instrumental in assisting organizations with their methodology transition from traditional waterfall to agile. Her industry experience includes telecommunication, manufacturing, publishing, IT Consulting, entertainment and hospitality.
As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Veronica specializes in the StrengthsFInder© approach to team and individual coaching and development and has a burgeoning practice as a life coach. She offers a wide range of workshops and presentations on topics such as "Influence Without Authority", "The Three C's of Collaboration", "Coaching: Calling the Right Play", "Surviving Unpredictable Change," "The Concepts of Change," and "Personal Transformation - A Quantum Leap."
She has several books in the works; "Leaders in the Mist," and "Igniting your Quantum Self."
She lives with her husband of 35 years, loves to laugh, cook and travel not necessarily in that order.
