As the Manager of the Business Resource Group (BRG) Program at CDW, I am always seeking resources that help our BRG leaders strengthen their impact and navigate change with confidence. The C.H.A.N.G.E. Blueprint training was exactly what we needed. It gave our leaders a practical, human-centered framework that acknowledges both the organizational and emotional realities of change. What I appreciated most was how actionable the training felt. From clarity of vision to empowering others, the principles were easy to understand, relevant to our work, and adaptable to the different ways our BRGs support coworkers. Leaders left the session not only with tools they could apply immediately but also with a renewed sense of confidence to lead authentically during times of transition. This training reinforced our commitment to creating spaces where coworkers feel supported and valued. It helped our BRG leaders see change not as something to manage, but as an opportunity to foster resilience, innovation, and belonging within their communities.
