Bio

Professional

I currently serve as the Global Change Management and Transformation Leader at SAS Institute. Reporting directly to SAS’ CFO, I partner with the executive team to drive changes that are visible, global, positive, and sustainable in our business. In essence, my purpose is to listen to people and help solve their problems!

Over the last 10 years, I built expertise across the private, non-profit, and Federal Government sectors as a consultant. My "problem solving" work focuses on technology adoption and human capital management. This includes leading teams and advising executives in several areas including change management, strategic planning, communications, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, as well as organizational assessments and design.

Philosophies and Passions

I am passionate about being a working mother and helping people in my communities grow. As a Georgetown University alumna (HOYA SAXA!), "cura personalis" or "care of the whole person" continues to influence my change management and leadership approach. We are all people with a need to connect and relate to others - this requires us to "be real." Creating inclusive environments and allowing people to be themselves breeds innovation. I strive to embody this mantra of "being a real person" in my professional roles, volunteering, and public speaking endeavors. You can always expect a candid, real talk conversation with me.
