Bio

LTC, Dr., Pastor Shari S. Bowen has a plethora of experience as an active-duty officer with over 27 years of total service. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Master of Education from American Intercontinental University, a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.

LTC Bowen has served in various positions in the military including deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Haiti. She is a mother of six children and served dual military with her husband Randolph (also a pastor and wounded war-veteran).

Shari and her husband have international ministry in Grenada and educate leaders about the Word of God. She is grounded in leadership and uses that training daily to help others improve quality of life. LTC Bowen now serves in the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership at the United States Military Academy (USMA) West Point, NY.
