Deryl Glaze

For nearly 20 years, Deryl Glaze has been inspiring men and women of all ages to overcome substance abuse issues and go on to live a healthy, drug-free and productive life by striving for a purpose bigger than "recovery" alone because he noticed people who don't have a dream bigger than their recovery often relapse.

Whether speaking to a crowd, running a workshop, managing a clean house, preaching as a minister, or coaching one-on-one, Deryl is an acclaimed motivator with many successful recoveries to his credit.​

Since switching from mortgage banking to recovery coaching 15 years ago, Deryl has become the Head Recovery Coach at Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge as well as a popular motivational speaker on the Minnesota addition recovery circuit.

He's a licensed minister of the Gospel through Great Commission Ministries, a professional speaker member of Toastmasters International, and founder of YouTube channel "Motivation Through Recovery."
