Marcus Dudley is a leadership and organizational coach, consultant, educator, and author who helps leaders and organizations eliminate performance drag, the hidden barriers that slow or prevent them from reaching their biggest and most important goals.

With over 30 years of leadership experience across the military, corporate, nonprofit, and academic sectors, Marcus brings real-world insight and credibility to every stage. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran, former nonprofit CEO and senior sports executive, entrepreneur, and adjunct professor who has taught a wide range of business, leadership, and sport management courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Marcus is the author of the best-selling book Mammoth Success: A Practical Guide to Strategic Clarity, Leadership Growth, and Tech-Driven Productivity, a straightforward and actionable handbook for leaders who want real results, not theory.

He is also the creator of The Modern Leadership Scorecard, a practical diagnostic tool that helps leaders identify and address the key factors that slow them down or prevent them from achieving their biggest goals faster.

Marcus holds a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership, a Master of Science in Organizational Development, and a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution. He is also a Certified Executive Coach and has earned multiple certifications in Generative AI and practical AI applications for business and leadership.
