Hello! I'm Christy Johnston, founder and consultant at Magnetic Cultures. I am passionate about people and thriving businesses!

I have nearly 20 years of experience in the Staffing arena, 15 of which served in a Leadership capacity ranging from front-line Manager to C-Suite. My experience includes:

• 9 years as an Executive Chief People Officer overseeing culture and numerous People Operations functions.

• 16 years combined experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting.

• 12 years trailblazing Employee Engagement and Experience efforts, 3 years of which supported hybrid, remote, and in-person formats.

• 10 years of Leadership Development crafting and scaling a strong culture for all levels, including Best Places to Work designations in all office locations.

• Wiley Authorized Partner - Everything DiSC.

• Neuro-Change Certified Practitioner.
