I spent the first 25 years of my career working in senior leadership positions, for Fortune 100 companies, successfully delivering complex $100m projects, running $200m departments and leading global teams of over 1000 staff. I built a reputation as turnaround expert and when things were going badly I become the “go to” guy to get things fixed. This helped me develop an understanding of what causes things to fail, and what we need to do to make them successful, which led me to create the FAST Approach a repeatable process which helps people avoid failure and achieve amazing results.
Now I write, coach and speak on leadership and share those experiences and my FAST Approach with my audiences, and I am also a Visiting Professor at Staffordshire University, Faculty of Business, Education and Law, where i have taught FAST to the Executive MBA Students.
I have written 3 books, and over 900 articles on Leadership and my blog has won multiple accolades including #2 Top 15 Must Read Leadership Blog. I also write for Inc Magazine, Huffington Post, Business Insider and Addicted2Success.
