As the Founder and CEO of Wellbeing Think Tank, she leads a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing free educational events that support individual and organizational wellbeing in the workplace. She is also the Principal Consultant at HHP Cultures, where she partners with organizations to drive positive outcomes through evidence-based, interdisciplinary wellbeing strategies.
With over 20 years of experience, Chase combines storytelling, science, and humor to deliver impactful keynotes, workshops, and breakout sessions that inspire and empower audiences to take actionable steps toward positive change. She has given hundreds of presentations, serving as a keynote speaker, panelist, breakout session leader, and conference host. Her extensive experience includes engagements with SHRM chapters, Disrupt HR, the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, Harvard, America’s Physician Groups, NASA, the U.S. Army Contracting Command, and many more.
Chase’s work is informed by her background in leadership, consulting, and education, having held roles at Cigna, Wounded Warrior Project, Google, and the University of Dayton. She is published in The American Journal of Health Promotion and serves on the Harvard Flourishing and Physical Activity Policy Research and Evaluation Network Worksite workgroups. She holds numerous certifications, including Certified Wellness Practitioner (National Wellness Institute) Mental Health Ally (Psych Hub), and Resilience and Thriving Facilitator (Organizational Wellness & Learning).
Chase earned her BS in Exercise Science and an MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Occupational Health Psychology. A veteran who served seven years in the U.S. Army, Chase brings personal resilience and discipline to her work, ensuring every presentation is meaningful, memorable, and tailored to her audience. She currently resides in Portland, Oregon, with her cat, Fizz.
