Unconscious Bias Workshop

The Unlocking Awareness Workshop is designed to help individuals recognize their biases and blind spots through safe-space conversation and personal reflection. Participants gain insights on themes such as unconscious bias, invisible identities, intersectionality, micro aggression, code switching, color blindness, and allyship.

Empathy Workshop

An interactive game designed to help participants develop their empathy skills by understanding the perspectives and emotions of others. The goal is to increase understanding and appreciation of diverse experiences, develop active listening skills, and build greater empathy for others.

Allyship Panel Discussion

A panel discussion where select allies from your organization reflect on their experience of recognizing their blind spots and biases through awareness and empathy. Each ally sits for a one-hour Identity Interview with The CLU Studio founder, Steffon Isaac in advance of the panel discussion.

Identity Interview

A structured 1:1 conversation with an organizational leader to unpack their identity and experiences. The interview is focused on the personal experiences and perspectives of leader and is intended to increase understanding and appreciation of differences. This interview promotes empathy and fosters a greater understanding of diverse perspectives and experiences.

What Would You Do?

A card game that allows participants to step into the shoes of real people and understand their experiences with bias and discrimination. The aim is to provide a safe space for participants to learn about different perspectives, challenge their own biases, and practice empathy.
