Bio

Cate Collins is a recovered burned out leader who admits to having her underwear way too tight. So much so that some years ago she shelled out and experienced a serious burn out. She has devoted her life's work to support others to avoid the same fate. Her book, The Powerhouse in you: How to lead with greater resilience, courage and confidence has been a huge added value for her clients. Cate is a seasoned leadership expert who has helped thousands of leaders and their teams across the globe master their unique mental hazards so they will be more focused, more resilient and more successful. She has an extensive mental health background, being hand picked to train with Jack Canfield, Chicken Soup for the Soul and The Success Principles author, a national board member of the Canadian Association for Professional Speakers and being a ferocious learner of leadership and team resilience. Cate is hired for her creative and powerful keynotes, training and leadership coaching however where her heart really sings, is with facilitating transformative leadership retreats. Her clients include the US Army, Mental Health hospitals, HR chapters, not-for-profit organizations, associations, and the Ministry of Transportation to name a few.
