I have a background as a professional counselor, non-profit executive, and business consultant, for the last twenty years I have driven change and improvement at every organizational level.

I use wry humor and hard-hitting truth, I have helped senior executives develop innovative strategies, line managers discover untapped efficiencies, and individual contributors develop and leverage new capabilities.
