I am a Business Psychologist* who heads up the Sten10 assessment design consultancy. I specialise in the creation of innovative psychological tests and other assessments to gain insight into people's behaviour, motivation and personality. I have spoken at the following conferences: Association of Business Psychology Annual Conference 2014 and 2015 Association of Graduate Recruiters Annual Conference 2015 I have also run sessions for Masters students and post graduates at the Universities of Kingston, Guildford and Greenwich. I have also run numerous smaller 'bitesize' sessions in a variety of contexts. The topics I cover include areas such as Unconscious Bias, Psychometrics, Personality at Work, How to Perform Well at Interview, Assessment Centre Design and the like. I have over 15 years' experience working across all areas of Occupational Psychology. Recent examples of my work include: - creating numerous situational judgement tests for graduate programmes - designing realistic job previews for banking and armed forces clients - delivering over 1,000 psychometric questions for major test publishers - assessing and developing senior leaders in an insurance firm - training buyers at a major food retailer in how to negotiate with their suppliers. - team build event at Tate Britain using MBTI International assignments include work in Barcelona, Egypt, France, Hong Kong, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia and Sweden. * more formally, I am a Chartered Psychologist, Registered Occupational Psychologist with the Health Professionals Council and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
