Brad Warren has been a Business coach for Realtors, Agents, Brokers & Small Businesses | Time Management Expert | Bay Area Business Coach & Consultant. For almost 25 years, Brad has been the coach to entrepreneurs, sole proprietors, small business owners, and employees in developing both themselves and their businesses. As a trainer, he custom designs training programs in the people skills area, ranging from half-day seminars up to two full days. What separates him from many other coaches and trainers is that he does both. He designs the program of training to meet the clients' needs, then builds in ongoing coaching to reinforce the training and hold the participants accountable for results.
While Brad's coaching includes many different topics, one element is common to everyone he works with: communication skills. This includes making presentations in front of potential clients or internally to co-workers, communicating ideas at staff meetings, and influencing direct reports and other staff to do something. He has worked in a broad array of industries, including executives at Pixar Animation Studios, a VP at Woodruff-Sawyer Insurance Services, the owner of Production Technologies, a regional VP for Central Garden and Pet Company, and many others.
His training topics are numerous, but again, they all include a communication component at some point in the training. Whether it's Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, or even Time Management, Brad spends some part of the seminar on communication, because how skillful people are at talking and listening is directly related to their ability to get their job done. He has taught all across the United States and in 19 foreign countries over the course of his career.
