Building a Healthy Work Culture

We all have a story we tell ourselves about how the world works. This story informs how we communicate and solve problems, deal with conflict and view other people. Although this story is a powerful presence in our lives, we often are not aware of it. It's just "the way things are."

This story isn't good or bad, it just is. It can be the source of our greatest gifts. It can also be limiting. And when we encounter some one telling themselves a different story, our stories can lead to misunderstandings, conflict and disengagement.

The enneagram can help us discover the story that we tell ourselves and what stories others are telling. The result is more compassion and courage to make changes.
